About our operations

Where can you find us?

Our small business has come a long way  since opening our fish shop in Aviemore which remains open Tuesdays to Saturdays: 10am to 4pm.
We now operate two mobile fish vans which cover a large area of the Highlands - see               for full list. We also acquired a processing unit in Dingwall to support our expansion into wholesale.

Where is our fish from?

Our white fish and shellfish comes from different fish ports in Scotland straight from the boats allowing for ultimate freshness. Our smoked range comes from local smokehouses and some of our specialised products are cured in-house and our salmon is of Scottish origin.

How is our fish processed?

We process all our products in house. We have four professional filleters prepping all stock and everything sent out is less than two days old.

How is our fish packed when sent out by post?

We will vacuum pack each specie individually in freezer safe pouches.

How is our fish delivered when sent out by post?

Our fish travels in an air tight box and will include an ice pack.
